Cadbury World

Actifire began working with Cadbury World in January 2024 and has since taken responsibility for the ongoing servicing and maintenance of their fire safety equipment. This includes annual servicing of all fire extinguishers and monthly checks of their emergency lighting systems, helping to ensure the site remains fully compliant and safe for both staff and visitors.

As part of the Merlin Entertainments group, Cadbury World is a high-profile attraction, and we are incredibly proud to be trusted with their fire safety requirements. Our partnership reflects Actifire’s commitment to delivering reliable, professional service tailored to the needs of large, public-facing venues.

We’re also delighted to have received a video testimonial from Tim Gimbert, Senior Technical Manager at Merlin Entertainments, which you can now view on our website. His feedback is a testament to the strong working relationship we’ve built and the quality of service we strive to provide every day.

Sarah and Kieran were responsive and efficient when servicing our fire extinguishers. Communication was quick and Kieran was friendly and efficient. Would recommend!

Actifire are efficient, obliging and their engineer has a calming manner. Given that each site visit can lead to major changes, they manage to get around the issue with no problems. Having someone this flexible and accommodating is a bonus for us.

Thank you for giving an excellent service at a fair price.

I'll definitely sleep better now that's all sorted.

I couldn't be more impressed with the Actifire Team. They were incredibly polite and professional. What really stood out was the level of care and attention they gave, not just to the service itself but in explaining everything clearly.
They truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable, friendly and knowledgeable fire extinguisher servicing.
